Domaine St. Joseph enjoys peace and tranquility yet has the advantage of being situated near the centre of the medieval village of Seillans. It is situated in 3200m² of land and has a large swimming pool and sunbathing terrace in between the two villas. The centre of the village of Seillans is within a 2 minute walk giving you easy access to the local bars and restaurants and there are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short driving distance yet with Cannes (35 minutes) and Nice (55 minutes) being not too far you can easily explore the glamorous Cote d'Azur.

The villa has recently been totally redecorated and offers an ideal holiday location with all modern amenities making life as easy as possible throughout your stay. The open plan living/dining room is beautifully furnished providing ample space and seating arrangements for 8 people, it has large patio doors that open onto the main outside terrace. The terrace area is complete with a large canopy and dining furniture and enjoys a view over the swimming pool. There are four bedrooms in total, one of which is ideal for children, boasting bunk beds and a TV and video. The other three bedrooms all offer the convenience of being made up as either twin or double rooms depending upon your requirements. The kitchen is spacious and has a wide range of the modern equipment, including 2 fridges to keep your wine cool, it also has a small breakfast bar and has easy access to the terrace should you choose to dine outside.

The older of the two properties St. Joseph is a beautiful example of the character of the past meeting the amenities of the present day. The property is on two levels with a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room complete with wooden beams on the first floor. There is also a central fireplace and ample space for dining, the south facing balcony is accessed from this level, it has beautiful views towards Fayence in the distance and table and chairs for outside dining in the summer months. The bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the ground floor, each room is beautifully decorated maintaining the Provencal charm and feeling.

To find Seillans on a map follow the Autoroute 8 from Nice to junction 39, Les Adrets. Take the D37 past the Lac de St. Cassien until you reach the D562. Turn left and follow until you meet the D19.Take this road to Fayence and continue until you reach Seillans
