La Brigandiere is located just 1 kilometre from the beautiful hilltop village of Seillans and offers tranquillity and privacy in an idyllic setting. The property is set amongst 7000m² of mostly open terrain bordered by natural woodland. There is a large 15m x 6m swimming pool with plenty of space around the pool for sunbathing, relaxing or playing. The pool area is a focus of the house and as there is a summer kitchen that is fully-equipped with all modern amenities comprising of shaded dining area and built-in barbecue. The house is extensive which allows you to find your own space and comes complete with games room (billiard table, pinball machine), table tennis, table football, and badminton net. With the capacity to sleep 12 people comfortably it is a perfect family location.

The house is mostly on one level and is a spacious property built in a L-shape. The living room is large with an open fireplace and in typically Provencal style has wooden beams and stone walls as features. There is also a kitchenette in the living room and table and chairs for dining. A circular wooden staircase winds up to a large double bedroom with hand basin. From these stairs you pass a small sitting room and a corridor leads you passed the shower room to a huge triple room. This leads to another triple (possibly 4 beds) bedroom with desk and benches. A large terrace borders this part of the property and is shaded. Stepping across the terrace you come to an en suite studio room with double bed and single bed that has vanity unit and large fully-tiled shower. Next door is the games room with billiard table and an original pinball machine. Adjoining this is an en suite twin room with shower, hand basin and WC. La Brigandiere is a delightful property offering space and privacy, is close to the village and is only 55 minutes from Nice Airport.
