La Vielle Ferme is located in Grasse in a quiet residential area, near Cannes, and is a beautiful old country house with large manicured grounds. The original house dates from 1850 and the house has retained many of the original features making it a very charming property. Original floor tiles, wooden beam features and antique furniture give the property a beautiful Provencal ambience. The property also has many modern facilities for your comfort, amongst which are a fitted kitchen with modern appliances, fully tiled bathrooms, satellite television, automatic gates with security system and central heating. It also has the additional luxury of a daily cleaner and pool and garden maintenance all of which ensure your stay at La Vielle Ferme is pleasant and comfortable. The property has 3 levels the top level boasting a self contained master bedroom and bathroom. Each bedroom has its own a character which is created by the use of beautiful wooden beds throughout the property. The property is ideally located just a 10 minute walk from the nearest shops and restaurants, it is also just a 5 minute drive from Grasse, home of the parfumeries and a 20 minute drive from Cannes. the at interior of the property is built around a grand central living room which maintains classic Provencal charm, complete with wooden beams, large stone fireplace and beautiful dark oak furnishings. As well as maintaining this 'old world' charm the property still has modern amenities to ensure the most relaxing holiday possible. The kitchen is spacious and has many advantageous features, including a large American style fridge freezer and a dishwasher, it also has direct access to the outside dining terrace which is an ideal communal area for eating and drinking throughout your stay.
