The property is on 2 levels with the downstairs area also boasting an independant apartment if required that also enjoys access to the main house. The upstairs has 3 bedrooms and a main family bathroom and the master bedroom not only boasts an ensuite bathroom but it also has a fantastic private terrace with views over the pool and towards the Esterel Mountains in the distance.

The swimming pool (10m x 5m) surrounded by sunbathing terrace has fantastic views. The shaded dining terrace located next to the kitchen has charatcer and boasts both a BBQ and a wood burning pizza oven. The property also offers an array of modern amenities including a television with satellite connection. This delightful villa sleeps 8 people comfortably, and is only 45 minutes from Nice Airport and 30 minutes from Cannes.
