Le Cousta

Le Cousta is an old farm hamlet with terraced orchards of apricot, cherry, almond and ancient olive trees with beautiful views from the house and the pool over the valleys of Seillans and Fayence. It is secluded and peaceful being at the end of a private road but is only 3 minutes drive by car from the charming medieval village of Seillans.

The apartments are contained within the owners’ private farm hamlet and are on two levels. The upper apartment has a balcony overlooking the garden with beautiful views beyond to the valleys of Seillans and Fayence. The lower apartment has a covered patio that opens directly onto the garden and is shaded by fruit trees and also has a summerhouse.

Each apartment has a living room, a spacious double bedroom, and a bathroom with bath, shower and WC, and small kitchenette with hob, fridge and washing machine.

To find Seillans on a map follow the Autoroute 8 from Nice to junction 39, Les Adrets. Take the D37 past the Lac de St. Cassien until you reach the D562. Turn left and follow until you meet the D19. Take this road to Fayence and continue until you reach Seillan.
