Les Arcades is a large private house comprising of two studios and an apartment. It is ½ mile from the market square of the medieval village of Fayence, is endowed with beautiful gardens and enjoys a stunning view of the Chateau du Puy in Tourrettes. Nice Airport is only 50 minutes drive by car, therefore, Les Arcades is an ideal base for exploring the glamorous Cote d’Azur. Also within easy driving distance are the charming, medieval, perched villages of Seillans, Callian, Montauroux and Mons.

Each studio has a spacious living space of 28½m² (300sq ft) and includes a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a small kitchen that is fully equipped with modern amenities and a large bathroom with shower and W.C. Each studio has satellite television and a private terrace with table, chairs, parasol, and BBQ. The ‘Garden Studio’ has a larger terrace of 60m² with a pergola of vines, table, chairs, parasol and BBQ

The apartment has a living space of 35m² (370sq ft) and includes a studio with independent double bedroom with twin or double bed, large bathroom and shower. The living area has a convenient, full-size foldaway double bed, additional sofa bed and kitchen. The apartment has satellite television, private terrace with table, chairs, parasol and BBQ with access to a private garden.

To find Fayence on a map follow the Autoroute 8 from Nice to junction 39, Les Adrets. Take the D37 past the Lac de St. Cassien until you reach the D562. Turn left and follow until you meet the D19. The D19 passes through the foot of Fayence where it meets the D563.
