Situated between Seillans and Fayence the property offers you complete privacy yet is still a great location from which to explore this wonderous area. The interior of the property has been recently re decorated to the highest standard with great thought and care taken to ensure the property offers its guests all of the luxuries and comforts they could wish for. The main living room is a large open plan room which also incorporates a dining area, the room has a central fireplace and wooden beams running through the ceiling giving a genuine Provençal charm. This room is both light and airy and an ideal place from which to escape the summer and there is a large widescreen television with satellite and DVD should you wish to entertain yourself. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and offers you all of the amenities you could wish for including an American style fridge freezer with ice machine and a spacious breakfast bar. The first of the bedrooms is located in this area of the main house, this room is a spacious double room with a full ensuite bathroom, as with all of the bedrooms, there are fitted wardrobes and the bed is new, this first bedroom also enjoys access to the spacious upper terrace. The main house is separated by a summer kitchen area from what the owners refer to as the cottage. The cottage is home to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom that are all decorated to an equal standard to the main house, there is also a small living room complete with television and a kitchenette making it total private and self contained should you wish. The final 2 bedrooms are located below the main house on the garden level, both rooms are double bedded with ensuite facilities, there is also a small terrace that these rooms share complete with chairs for relaxing and a fridge to keep your drinks cool.

The grounds of the property are both spacious and private, there is a large heated pool that is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and there is also a boules area to help entertain you. There is also a large upper terrace that overlooks the gardens and pool that is ideal for outside dining. Les Marcassins is a stunning luxury holiday location with all of the amenities you could wish for. Located approximately a 7 minute drive from the nearest village it offers an element of seclusion yet the countryside location is ideal for a quiet, peaceful holiday and for enjoying the charming, medieval hilltop villages of the area. However, being only 50 minutes and 30 minutes away from Nice and Cannes respectively you can also enjoy the glamour of the Cote d'Azur.
