This old, Provencal Mas (farmhouse) has been recently restored and modernised to create a truly delightful property. The property is an ideal base for a large family holiday with spacious living areas and large, flat, landscaped gardens that are further enhanced by a wonderful pool area complete with summer kitchen. The property is close to the village of Fayence and just a short drive from the nearest supermarket, there is also a restaurant within walking distance of the property. The property is completely private allowing you to relax and unwind in this beautiful area, the gardens are beautifully landscaped an offer a wide choice of areas to relax both in and out of the sun.

The house has been beautifully decorated with and has a wide range of influences which give each room its own individual character. The property is spacious and comfortable, this being best demonstrated by the large living/dining room, this room is located close to the Provencal styled, yet totally modern kitchen complete with all of the appliances you will need to ensure your holiday is relaxing as possible. There is a conservatory linked to the kitchen which enjoys views across the garden towards the pool in the distance. It is ideally located to explore the local medieval villages and markets and is still close enough that you can also enjoy trips to the more glamorous tourist spots on the French Riviera.

Dining Room	Located on the same level and linked to the living room, there is a large table and chairs that comfortably seast 12 people and the room is close to the kitchen.
Kitchen	Again located on the ground floor, it is furnished in a Provencal style yet also boasts all modern amenities: gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. A covered conservatory area adjoins the kitchen.
Master Bedroom	Situated on the top floor of the house this is a spacious, en suite double room with bath, shower, WC and hand basin.
Bedroom 2	Situated on the ground floor it is a double room, and has a bathroom close to it.
Bedroom 3	Situated on the ground floor it is a twin room with en suite shower room.
