This recently built villa is beautifully situated near the medieval village of Fayence, and would is an ideal base from which to relax and explore the area. The interior of the property is beautifully decorated in a modern tasteful style and is very light and airy with a range of modern amenties all intended to make your stay as relaxing as possible. There is an outside dining terrace with BBQ, a private pool to the side of the property that is equipped with a pool safety device there is also a childrens' play area and table tennis. The entrance to the property has electric gates and the gardens are comparitively flat for this area making this an ideal rental property for groups with children. You enter the property through the side door that leads directly into the modern and well equipped kitchen, there is a small pantry attached to the kitchen that is ideal in the hot summer months to store your food or keep your red wine at a consistent temparture. The next room you enter is the living room enhanced by a large central fireplace there are ample comfortable sofas and a television complete with an English satellite link.

The first bedroom is on this level, it is a double room with an ensuite shower room, there is a mezzanine level which is equipped with a double fouton and a childrens' play area. The final 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor, there is a double and a twin room that share a bathroom. The interior of the property is decorated to a consistantly high standard and helps ensure Mas Edenica is the perfect rental property it is perfectly located with the nearest restaurant within walking distance and the nearest village of Fayence under a 5 minute drive away. The property is around 50 minutes from Nice Airport and is also easy driving distance of the glamorous Riviera and the attractions of Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo and St. Tropez.

Bedroom 1  Situated on the ground floor a double room with ens uite shower room and a mezzanine level with double futon and childrens' play room.
