The ”Mas du Soleil” is a wonderful old farmhouse, made of stone and constructed in the 18th century, very tastefully renovated and representing everything, one can dream of to find in the Provence. The property includes a 4000 m² terrain with vegetation, which is typical for the Provence.

The interior of the property retains its original Provencal charm that has been enhanced by modern day amenities, the property is ideal for someone looking to absorb themselves into a Provencal lifestyle. It is situated only half an hour from the seaside, only 2 km from the typical very charming hillside village of Fayence, which is easy to reach by feet within a 10 minutes walk. Here you will find any shopping, information and dining facilities. The Lac de St. Cassien is just 15 min away. This lake among others offers rowing, fishing, sailing and swimming possibbilities.

Twice a week there is a local typical Provence market and Fayence is also very famous for it's ”Salon des Antiquitées”, which is a must to visit.

Fayence with it's airport for gliders is only one of several beautiful and authentic villages in the mountains with their romantic and nostalgic flair, which are not far from your vacation domicile.

For golfers there is a new golf club resort ”Domain de Terre Blanche” with two 18-whole golf links and a 6400m championship-course at Tourette, which is the neighbour village.

Nizza, Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez,... the seaside with wonderful beaches and savoir vivre offer you any opportunity for watersport,... etc., etc.

You will find hundreds of lavenders aside the approach road to the house, furthermore a large field of lavenders, thyme, rosemary, cypresses, old olive-trees, fig-tree, almond-tree, palm-trees, a field of artichokes, ...etc. Over fifty of old oleanders will charm you with their magnificent flowers. In former days the old farmhouse has been a viniculture, an old wine-press, several old wine-casks and the vineyard will charm you with this vine-grower atmosphere and with the fantastic view to the mountains and over the olive-trees of the neighbourhood.
