Moulin d'Oc is set on the hillside just a couple of minutes walk from the beautiful medieval village of Seillans, the property enjoys fantastic views towards the Esterel Mountains in the distance. The villa is ideally suited to a family with there being 2 bedrooms the first room has bunk beds and the second is based on a mezzanine level and has a double bed. The interior of the property is small yet very functional and has all you could wish for when holidaying in this area. At the rear of the property there is a terrace, with swimming pool (6m x 3m) and there is is also a summer kitchen complete with outside furniture ideal for dining on hot summer evenings. The property also has a front terrace which is South facing and enjoys the best of the views.








The centre of the village of Seillans is within a 5 minute stroll giving you easy access to the local bars and restaurants and there are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short driving distance yet with Cannes (35 minutes) and Nice (55 minutes) being not too far you can easily explore the glamorous Cote d'Azur.
