This village house is just within the old city walls of the medieval village of Seillans, classed as, 'one of the most beautiful villages in France'. It is an authentic Provencal building that has been lovingly restored to a very high quality and finish and with some original features it exudes a Provencal ambience. It is very close to parking spaces and all the village restaurants, shops and bar are within easy walking distance. It is endowed with a rooftop terrace that is perfect for summer dining. The terrace has unparalleled views of the pretty rooftops of the village and a panorama of the Esterel Mountains and the Fayence valley beyond. The property has retained much of its original character and is fitted with modern amenities that will add to your pleasure and comfort.

At entrance level the house opens to a  spacious living room that has large comfortable sofas and open fireplace. The kitchen sits back to back with the sitting room and is a charming room with original tiling and fully-equipped with modern amenities. There is a dining room some short steps up from the kitchen with and this leads also to a utility room with washer and dryer. A double room is found on this level with a charming queen-sized Italian marriage bed. Some stairs lead from the kitchen up to a double bedroom with large en suite bath and shower facilities. Climbing another level there is a terrace kitchen with seating and a mezzanine level with mattresses that may sleep children. The kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for outside dining on the rooftop terrace. It is a large terrace with beautiful views of the village and the countryside beyond. Descending from the entrance level there is an en suite twin room and a sitting room that has a kitchenette. This opens to a small terrace that is shaded by a fig tree and pergola and overlooks a charming village courtyard.

Ground Floor Living Room Situated on the ground floor, very spacious and comfortable with sofa, fireplace, and stereo. 
Dining Room Situated on the ground floor next to kitchen with table and chairs for 6 people.
Utility Room Situated on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer.
Toilet Situated on the ground floor with W.C. and wash hand basin.
Bedroom 2 Situated on the ground floor, with a small double Italian marriage bed.
Bedroom 3  Situated on the first floor, the master bedroom a large double room with en suite bath/shower, WC, bidet and hand basin.
Terrace Kitchen and Dining Room Situated on the top floor a terrace kitchen with large open barbecue, electric oven and hob, fridge and sink. Comfortable seating, TV and video. Stairs lead to rooftop terrace.
Mezzanine Situated on the top floor, small mezzanine decking with 2 mattresses only suitable for children.
