Villa Cassis is situated just outside of the medieval village of Fayence. The property is built on one level and offers an ideal base from which to relax. With a large evenly terraced garden surrounding the villa and a pool the property is ideal for a group with children. There is an outside terrace and a conservatory both of which overlook the pool and they are ideal for relaxing during the day. The interior has been recently decorated and the main room is an open plan living and dining area complete with fireplace, which has access to the outside terrace via patio doors. Complete with video, DVD, stereo and satellite television the room is perfect for dining or relaxing out of the sun. Situated next to the living room is the kitchen, which is equipped with a range of modern amenities and has plenty of work surfaces for food preparation.

The bedrooms are all situated off the main corridor. The first bedroom is a twin bedded room with access to the outside terrace, the second bedroom is a double room. The bedrooms share a bathroom and toilet.

Villa Cassis provides an ideal family base in this beautiful area. It is well equipped and private being situated in grounds of over 3600m². The swimming pool is 8m x 4m. The property is also within walking distance to the nearest restaurant and vineyard and is just over 1 km from the charming, medieval hilltop village of Fayence. However, being only 50 minutes and 30 minutes away from Nice and Cannes respectively you can also enjoy the glamour of the Cote d'Azur
