Villa Ecureuil is an ideal holiday location with all the facilities you will require including a private swimming pool that is blessed with sea views. The villa is situated in its own grounds with an array of fur trees and other foliage surrounding the property, there is also a shaded main terrace accessed from the living room with dining furniture and a BBQ making it the ideal place to enjoy your meals throughout your stay. The property is based on 2 levels with the bedrooms located on the entrance level and the communal areas being based on the ground floor level along with the outside terrace and swimming pool.

The entrance level contains all of the bedrooms, there are 3 bedrooms in total, 2 of which are double rooms and the final bedroom is a twin bedded room. The property is decorated to a functional standard and is clean and practical. There are 2 bathrooms on this level, one of which has shower facility and the other with a bath. The final room on this floor is a well decorated mezzanine, it has a comfortable sofa and it is a room that remains cool and with the decoration retains a light airy feeling ideal for relaxing out of the sun. There is a staircase that leads you downstairs into the large open plan living and dining room which is centered around a large fireplace. The room has large patio doors which can be opened to allow a free flow of air through the property and they also offer a view over the pool towards the sea. There is a large dining table in this room should you choose to dine inside. The kitchen is mid sized and practical in terms of both location and the amenities on offer, it is again decorated in a basic yet functional fashion.

Villa Ecureuil is a villa that provides the ideal base to relax and enjoy this wonderful area, the interior is not as glamorous as other villas but the interior retains a certain French charm and is both practical and clean. The views from the property are breathtaking and it is located in an ideal spot to explore the glamour of Cannes and Nice or the tranquility of the medieval villages of the Var.
