Villa Lerina is modern villa with great sea views and a beautifully decorated interior. The property is based on 2 levels with the top level being the entrance level and also the same level as the swimming pool and garden. The swimming pool is situated in front of the villa, taking full advantage of the view it also has a fence built around it making it child friendly, overlooking the pool there is a small lawn area and a large terraced area with furniture making it ideal for outside dining, whilst enjoying the view. You enter the property through the kitchen, which is very modern in design with dark wooden cabinets and tiled walls and floors. The open plan living and dining room is very spacious with a fireplace and large patio doors which afford you a clear view over the swimming pool and towards the sea. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, both are double rooms and each room has patio doors leading onto the outside terrace. The bedrooms share a luxurious bathroom which is centered around a magnificent sunken bath.

The lower level of the property is accessed via a staircase from the living room and is again well decorated throughout. The main downstairs bedroom is a double room with en suite bathroom, it again has patio doors giving independent access to the lower terrace. There is a small hall area that separates the main bedroom and the other 2 bedrooms. The next bedroom is a single bedded room that is interconnected to a double bedded room, both rooms are en suite sharing a bathroom that also separates the 2 bedrooms, giving a reasonable space between the 2 rooms.

Bedroom 3	Situated down a small flight of stairs, a double room with a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom comprising of shower, sink and W.C. There are also patio doors leading to the outside garden and lower terrace.
