Villa Les Pins is situated just outside the medieval village of Seillans . The property enjoys calm and tranquil surroundings with panoramic views of the Esterel Mountains. The property is of a Provencal style with a modern interior that still retains the character of the region.

The property is on 2 levels with the spacious open plan living room and dining room being on the ground level. There is a mezzanine in the living room which leads to the first of the bedrooms on the first floor both of which are en suite. There is also access to an outside shaded dining terrace from the living room. The kitchen is located close to the dining room and there is a corrider leading to the second bedroom.

The south-facingpool is situated a few metres from the house and is overlooked from the dining terrace.

Seillans, with its ancient winding streets and picturesque village houses, is just a couple of minutes drive away, giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants. There are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short distance and the local markets provide fresh fruit and vegetables alongside stalls selling pottery, Provencal crafts and antique lace. For more general shopping, three large supermarkets lie within a five-mile radius of the village. If you wish to explore further afield, the glamorous Cote d'Azur is less than an hour away by car.
