Villa Mimosa is situated just outside the medieval village of Seillans . The property enjoys calm and tranquil surroundings with panoramic views of the Esterel Mountains . The area contains many gentle walks among olive groves, in addition to more challenging walks for the energetic visitor.

On entering the property one steps into a light-filled, open-plan living/dining room with double French doors providing direct access to the pool terrace. Deep couches and burnished-wood furniture create a gracious and comfortable space for relaxation.

The south-facing, heated, salt-water pool is situated only a few metres from the house and is bordered by an extensive flagstone terrace. This terrace encompasses a covered outdoor dining area.

Seillans, with its ancient winding streets and picturesque village houses, is just a couple of minutes drive away, giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants. There are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short distance and the local markets provide fresh fruit and vegetables alongside stalls selling pottery, Provencal crafts and antique lace. For more general shopping, three large supermarkets lie within a five-mile radius of the village. If you wish to explore further afield, the glamorous Cote d'Azur is less than an hour away by car.

Living/Dining Room	Situated on the ground floor, this is a spacious and cool room overlooking the pool area. There is a TV with DVD and Satellite channels. There is also a dining table.
Kitchen	Well equipped with hob, oven, American fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. French doors lead directly to the outside dining area and pool terrace.
Bedroom 1	Situated on the ground floor, large, bright room, with French doors, leading to the pool terrace. This room can be used as a double or twin bedroom
