Villa Valette is situated just outside the medieval village of Seillans . The property enjoys calm and tranquil surroundings with panoramic views of the Esterel Mountains . The property is of a neo Provencal style with a modern interior that still retains the character of the region.

The property is on 2 levels with the spacious open plan living room and kitchen being on the ground level. The house faces South and this room enjoys views over the pool towards the Esterel Mountains. There is also direct access to an outside shaded dining terrace that is easily serviced from the kitchen.

The first of the 3 bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is a spacious en suit room with a direct access to the pool side terrace. There are 2 further bedrooms located on the first floor along with a bathroom and WC that they share.

The south-facingpool is situated only a few metres from the house and is overlooked from the dining terrace.

Seillans, with its ancient winding streets and picturesque village houses, is just a couple of minutes drive away, giving easy access to the local bars and restaurants. There are many other enchanting villages and restaurants within a short distance and the local markets provide fresh fruit and vegetables alongside stalls selling pottery, Provencal crafts and antique lace. For more general shopping, three large supermarkets lie within a five-mile radius of the village. If you wish to explore further afield, the glamorous Cote d'Azur is less than an hour away by car.
