Villa Vifarone is situated on a high point overlooking Theoule, the property offers you the ability to enjoy the view both to the east and west dependant on which side of the property you exit. The kidney shaped pool complete with large sun bathing terrace faces to the west, giving you a fantastic coastal view, on the opposite side of the property there is another large terrace that enjoys the views to the east. Stood on this side of the property you can enjoy the ever changing view of Cannes and Antibes and you also have a clear view of Pierre Cardin's famous 'bubble' house. The interior of the property continues to take full advantage of the wonderous views, there is a large open plan living room that has patio doors at either end, giving you both easy access to either terrace and also allowing you to enjoy the view throughout the day and night. The living room is beautifully decorated with a modern chic style that accentuates the spacious, cool feel of the property.

The kitchen is also situated on this level and again is ultra modern in its design, with a spacious feel and plenty of windows to allow you to enjoy the view, the kitchen has all of the facilities you will require including the luxury of a large American style fridge freezer with ice machine.
