Villa du Plaine is located in the plains below the medieval, hilltop village
of Seillans which is classed as one of the most beautiful villages in
France. The property is ideal for families with young children as there
is a large area of flat terrain surrounding the villa. It also has additional
features such as 1/2 sized basketball court, a volleyball net for
the pool and a boules area that will keep children entertained for hours.
The pool is a uniformed depth of 1.5m and is in full view of the large
patio and has solar powered heating so that the pool may be warmer during
off-peak months. There is a large canopy-shaded dining area with
3 metre table and mobile barbecue that adjoins the kitchen and overlooks
the pool. The villa is within a 10 minute walk or a very short drive from
the shops and restaurants of the village.
The house is all
on one level and has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area that is a
social focus of the house. The living room is spacious and has a very large
L-shaped sofa and comes complete with TV, DVD player and CD stereo system. It is
separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar and the adjoining dining room has
a table that easily accommodates 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with
all modern amenities for your pleasure such as large fridge/freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, electric hob and oven and washing machine. There are five bedrooms
and the property consists of three bath/shower rooms and four WC's which enables
11 people to live comfortably. Villa du Plaine is a rare property that has been
designed with families in mind. The countryside location is ideal for a
quiet, peaceful holiday and enjoying the charming, medieval hilltop villages of
the area. However, being only 50 minutes and 30 minutes away from Nice and
Cannes respectively you can also enjoy the glamour of the Cote d'Azur.
